ONLINE HEALTH COACHING

Online coaching is a great option for clients who would prefer to train at their own pace but still want the instruction, support and accountability that comes with a trainer. All programs are customized to your needs, wants, goals and abilities. Also, I use an integrative platform to track your workouts, audit your nutrition and monitor your progress from one app. With online coaching, we will have one check-in each week, and I provide other forms of support throughout the week.

Working with Nina has profoundly influenced my relationship with food, exercise and my body. I’ve accomplished things I never thought possible—like hiking Peru’s Inca Trail and Iceland’s Laugavegur Trail—and I’ve done it all with the plus-sized body that I have! I’m no longer trying to become someone different before I start living the life I want. Nina helped me recognize that "all or nothing" thinking that has not served me well and her gentle but empowering approach has allowed me to make change without pushing back—something I’ve struggled with in the past when I felt restricted by a weight loss program. Nina customized her approach to my goals and my personality and I am grateful for her passion, wisdom, and support. I’m thrilled by the changes to my body, but that is secondary to my delight at the changes to my mindset and lifestyle.
