The gym can be an intimidating place. That's why I created my own private fitness studio in my home. The studio was designed to be warm, welcoming and inspiring, so clients feel comfortable while they learn, make mistakes and have fun. No judgement. No expectations. No comparisons. Private personal training means that I create a program customized to your needs, wants, goals and abilities—and without the distractions of a public gym, we stay focused on your progress and results.

12-WEEK TRAINING PROGRAM

Single Session: $90 (+HST)

12 Sessions (once per week): $1,080 (+HST)

24 Sessions (twice per week): $2,112 (+HST)

36 Sessions (three times per week): $3,096 (+HST)

All training programs are conducted over the course of twelve weeks and payment plans can be customized to accommodate your budget. 

ALL PROGRAMS INCLUDE: 

  • Exclusive access to a private women-only studio

  • Safe, comfortable, and inclusive environment

  • Control over lighting, temperature and music

  • Fully custom training program designed for you

  • Ante and post-natal informed programs (optional)

  • Knowledgable, educated and experienced trainer

  • Immediate feedback on exercise technique

  • Hands-on correction of exercise form (optional)

  • Compassionate accountability to support results

It’s been two years since I started training with Nina and let me tell you how working with her has changed my life completely. I was born with spina bifida and for years I suffered with back pain and poor range of motion. Since working with Nina, my back pain has improved significantly and my range of motion is the best it’s ever been. My main goal when I started with Nina was to get stronger, both physically and mentally, and I have overcome my expectations. Nina is not only my trainer but a friend who inspires and believes in me. I always look forward to our sessions because she takes the time to make sure I am able to do each exercise without pain free. If not, she is always quick to suggest another exercise for my physical abilities. Nina, you have been such a positive influence in my life and I cannot wait to see how far you push me to be my best in the years to come.
