Hi, I'm Brooklyn!
I am a Certified Personal Trainer and I have a special education in Mental Health & Disability Management from Mohawk College. I have give years of experience in strength training, running and yoga practices. My focus is always on helping clients achieve a healthy and balanced lifestyle through education and motivation. Fitness can be intimidating, but I am here to guide you and hold you accountable every step of the way. We will work together in a safe space to develop the skills you need for success. Through my coaching you will receive support to enhance your fitness levels, build confidence and create a stronger you!
My journey with fitness started in 2019 when I was struggling with my mental health and traditional therapies such as antidepressants were not working for me. I felt like I tried everything when I discovered yoga and fitness. My mental health greatly improved through regular exercise, breathing practices and a nutritious diet. This inspired me to become a coach and share my passion for fitness with others. I went on to graduate from Mohawk College twice and had the privilege to be captain on the Mohawk Cross Country running team. I have also been an ambassador at Modo Yoga Brant since 2019.
