Hi, I'm Nina!
I'm a Certified Personal Trainer and Nutrition Specialist who helps women lose weight, build muscle and transform their health in a way that you can maintain on your own. With my support, you will develop important skills, create healthy habits and take control of your life. If you're ready for a change and you're willing to put in the work, you deserve to love the results.

My fitness background started with competitive swimming, but my swimming career came to an end when I began to develop a negative self-image as a tween. Throughout my early teen years, I developed an eating disorder, and was eventually diagnosed with anxiety, depression, and anorexia nervosa at the age of sixteen.
Around this time, I discovered the world of bodybuilding, and in 2017, I competed in my first competition with Ultimate Fitness Events, followed by a second show the same year. I continued to train with the Canadian Physique Alliance for another four years. During this time, I learned a lot about body composition—how to increase muscle, decrease fat and fuel yourself accordingly. I also learned a lot about body image.
Eventually, this journey inspired me help other women change their bodies, minds and lives—including the way that they think and feel about themselves. I completed the Health, Wellness and Fitness Program at Mohawk College, became a Certified Personal Trainer with the International Sport Sports Sciences Association, and have since continued to grow and expand my knowledge of health and fitness.

I wanted to create a space for women to feel safe, supported and comfortable while they learn, make mistakes and have fun, so I built my dream studio in my home in Simcoe.

I have been actively training clients since 2019 and I am incredibly passionate about what I do. My mission is to empower women who want to feel comfortable, capable and strong in their body, and help them develop a healthy relationship with food. I want my clients to look and feel their best, but mostly importantly, I want to encourage a positive self-image that will inspire continued improvement.
